Custom Sign

Do you need a custom sign? Please submit order with the required fields completed. Once we receive the order, we will reach out via email within 8 to 10 business hours asking for photos of design and/or additional details. If you have questions before placing the order, email [email protected] 

Please note policy for custom orders:

• custom design orders are non-refundable
• 50% payment is due when both parties agree to the design. A PayPal link will be sent via email within 24 hours.
• The remaining 50% balance will be due within 5 days.
• Production Processing period is 10 to 15 business days (2 to 3 weeks)
• Delivery is 3 to 5 business day via UPS or USPS. Once shipped,  tracking information will be provided to the customer.
• Luxe Mirrors reserve the right to refuse any design for any reason. Design Orders will be canceled and no PayPal payment link will be sent to customer. 
• If customer cancels design order after initial 50% payment is made within 24 hours, full refund will be issued. 
• If customer cancels order after 24 hour period, all payments made are forfeited. No refunds.
