U.S. and Canada customers only
Layaway can only be applied to orders of subtotals greater than $250
A non-refundable 5% layaway fee is assessed to the subtotal cart balance on your invoice. The order balance at checkout will not reflect 5% but will be seen on your emailed PayPal invoice.
Your items are held for 45 days (6 weeks). Extension may be granted upon request. Please email customerservice@shopluxegallerie.com for extension request.
To initiate your Layaway, send an acknowledgement email within 24 hours of completing your order to customerservice@shopluxegallerie.com. Subject Line: "Order ###, Layaway"
Body of email write: "I have read and agree to the terms of Luxe Mirrors' Layaway Plan."
Include your full name, email address, billing address and phone number in the email. If not received in 24 hours the order will automatically be canceled.
Within 6 business hours of receiving your Acknowledgement email, a PayPal invoice will be sent to your email address (check spam folder).
The PayPal invoice will be your new order total which will include 5% layaway fee. A minimum payment of 20% of the total order will need to be paid within 3 business days of the date of the PayPal invoice. The remaining balance is due in 45 days. If initiation payment isn't received within 3 business days, the order will automatically be canceled.
The Terms and Conditions on the PayPal invoice will specify due dates of the initiation payment and final payment.
Payment can only be accepted through the PayPal invoice. Please use the link in the PayPal invoice email for all payments.
Cancellation- The customer can cancel the Layaway at anytime for any reason. Please email customerservice@shopluxegallerie.com requesting the Layaway plan to be canceled. Within 24 hours we will send a cancelation email. Refunds are processed minus the 5% layaway fee within 3-5 days depending on payment method.
Custom floral designs are excluded from our layaway plans. Please see Custom Designs Policy.
Once layaway is paid in full, your order will be processed and shipped to the address on your initial order. Please note: the shipping availability of each item within your order may differ and arrive in separate boxes based on the individual product availability (found on product page).
Luxe Mirrors reserves the right to cancel Layaway plans for any reason. All notifications are sent via email
