Shipping & Returns

When exchanging or returning of an item, it must be accompanied by receipt and in its original packaging. Regular priced merchandise can be exchanged or refunded within 15 days of receipt. Return shipping fees may apply. Luxe Mirror Gallerie reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

15% restocking fee will be charged on all mirror returns. Delivery fees and oversize fees are non-refundable.
All Sale items are FINAL sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged/ Defective Items

Please provide photos of the damage merchandise AND shipping box, SKU number and order number.

Most standard orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Please double check the availability of a product on its respected product page for availability. Customer Service will contact you within 1 business day to confirm if partial shipping is acceptable based on the availability of the item or if you prefer to ship the entire order when all items are available. At this time, we currently do not offer expedited shipping options. Your final shipping cost will be available to you at checkout. Some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe due to availability (see product page); holidays and/or shipping carriers. Our standard shipping method is UPS ground.
